Why sustainability is not a side issue

For us, real protection does not end with the glove. It begins with the way we act: the resources we use, how we produce, the partners we choose, how we treat people and the responsibility we take for the environment, society and future generations.

Our vision is clear! We will become the world’s most responsible glove manufacturer.

We are committed to protecting hands, people and the environment.

We are convinced that ...

real hand protection goes beyond the product itself. Anyone who protects hands also carries responsibility for the people who use our gloves, for the conditions under which they are made, and for the environment whose resources we rely on.

We are proud that ...

we are committed to a more sustainable future. With UNIGLOVES IMPACT, we show in concrete terms how we take responsibility: through targeted measures, transparent data, strong partnerships, social commitment and innovations that bring safety, quality and sustainability together

We do the right thing ...

we develop relationships that make a positive difference in our stakeholders’ lives. We act with integrity and honesty and focus on putting ourselves in the shoes of others. We don’t always get it right first time, but we always make it right.

Acting consciously

Our strategy for making a sustainable impact.

For us, acting consciously means understanding responsibility not as a single measure, but as a system: in the way we develop, source, produce and assess products, and in how we work together

We have structured our sustainability strategy around three central fields of action:

  • ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
    Avoid waste. Conserve resources.
    Reduce environmental impact.

  • CLIMATE CHANGE
    Reducing greenhouse gas emissions,
to mitigate the effects of climate change.

  • ENABLING OTHERS
    Building relationships and an environment
where communities thrive and enhance stakeholders’ lives
